ICT provided mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical design services for this 15,000 SF renovation.
Heating and cooling was accomplished by chilled water with electric heat fan coil units. Outdoor air was provided by a 100% outside air, chilled water with gas furnace air handler. A 50-ton air-cooled chiller with end suction pump was provided to supply chilled water to fan coil units and make-up air unit. Plumbing consisted of gas piping to make-up air unit, fixtures and service for men’s and women’s toilets/locker room and break room. Electrical service was provided in the form of a 400 A - 480-volt breaker in existing panel. |
