I. C. Thomasson Associates provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical design services for this 25,300 SF facility.
Heating and cooling was accomplished in the form of four-gas, -heat, -electric, -cooling rooftop units designed, sized and specified in accordance with U.S. Postal Service regulations. Ventilation was provided by a series of commercial grade ceiling fans. The plumbing facilities were provided in both men's and women's locker rooms, toilet facilities, and a kitchen breakroom. Electrical service was provided in the form of a 208/120-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire, 100 KVA system. The parking lot lights are high pressure sodium on 30-foot steel poles. |
