ICT provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services to design the new 3-story Centennial Professional Plaza at Centennial Hospital. 

Later, a new four-level parking garage and enclosed connector were added across the street. The parking structure has an automatic dry-pipe sprinkler system.
