The ideal candidate will have a LEAN background with knowledge of Six Sigma systems, principals and tools. Black Belt and 3 to 5 years minimum of industry experience preferred. Experience in KAIZEN, rapid improvement events. Project skills management and the ability to travel to project sites to perform training a must. Electrical Engineer   Nashville, TN     

Two to five years of experience in the A/E industry. Pay according to experience and qualifications. The right candidate will have experience meeting and interacting with architects, owners and contractors. Emphasis will be placed on communication skills, the ability to increase technical competency with experience, and work ethic. Must have B.S. in Electrical Engineering. P.E. preferred but not required. Energy Engineer/Procurement Specialist   Nashville, TN     
Full-time position for Energy Engineer. College degree preferred; Associates Degree acceptable if candidate has energy supply or utility industry experience. Technical skills require facility energy audit services (energy and water utilization), i.e. energy and water conservation measures (EWCM), implementation costs, work with clients to develop EWCM plans, perform project management services, and provide monthly reports to client that show impact of EWCM. Also required are facility condition assessment services, building commissioning services and business development. Some out of town travel required. Jr. or Sr. Electrical Power Designer   Nashville, TN

Sr. Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager   Nashville, TN     
Seeking full-time, Sr. Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager.
