This 172,600 SF, six-story replacement building project involved close coordination between the new Roebling Pavilion and renovation / reconfiguration of the existing Witt and 1941 buildings. Existing electrical and mechanical systems were verified and upgraded to accommodate tie-in of services from the new facility.
