Morton Plant Trinity Medical Office Building was designed with water source heat pumps and closed circuit cooling towers. Water source heat pumps are located above ceiling in the corridor for maximum accessibility. The boiler and pumps are located in a penthouse and the cooling towers are within an enclosure on the roof. Separate packaged DX rooftop units with energy recovery ventilators are provided for continuous outside air circulation.
