Music City Center
Nashville, TN
ICT provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design, and construction administration for a new 1,200,000 SF convention center and 900,000 SF underground parking garage for the city of Nashville, TN. Convention Center includes 350,000 SF exhibit hall/concert hall, 50 meeting rooms, two ballrooms, 36 loading docks, and a green roof.
The Music City Center will be LEED® Silver Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
