ICT provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design to UAB Medical Center for consolidation of services into a new 629,500 SF facility. Hospital is classified as an essential facility that has to survive seismic shocks; construction includes a lead-shielded concrete fault with four-foot thick walls and floors.
