  • Application for a Permit to Construct and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) analysis for a Cogeneration Facility. Emission sources include two (2) 5 MW gas turbine generators, and two (2) 125 MMBtu/hr duct burners.
  • Application for a Part 70 Title V Operating Permit. Emission sources include two (2) 2,750 kW reciprocating engine driven generators, five (5) coal/natural gas/fuel oil fired boilers totaling 343 MMBtu/hr, gasoline storage and dispensing tank, fifteen (15) natural gas fired boilers, and a cogeneration facility with two (2) 5 MW gas turbine generators and two (2) duct burners.
  • Application for Title V Major Source Operating Permit. The medical center/research facility is equipped with ethylene oxide sterilizers and multiple diesel engine generators totaling 6.4 MW.
  • Application for a Permit to Construct two diesel engine fired generators rated at 2,500 KW each. RACT was required to evaluate further control of the source.
