ICT developed the process mechanical and detailed design for the waste processing portions of a RCRA permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facility. The processing portions of the facility include:

• Container storage (275,000 gallon)
• Bin storage (1,080 cubic yards for roll-off containers)
• Railcar unloading
• Stabilization treatment system (treats 2,752 cubic yards/day)

Design documents incorporated the following:
 

• Material handling systems, instrumentation and controls in the stabilization process
• Air Pollution Control System (APCS) to abate particulate emissions from the stabilization process
• Electrical power and lighting distribution for the entire facility
• Alarm communication system for the entire facility
• Fire sprinkler system for the container storage facility
• All aboveground process piping and plumbing for the facility
