Additions and Renovations

ICT designed a new three-story, 77,000 SF addition to the existing hospital, as well as 22,600 SF of renovation. Major mechanical, plumbing and electrical infrastructure was added to support the new addition. Chilled water capacity and steam capacity was added in the existing powerhouse. The electrical service was upgraded and essential emergency gear was added. Medical gas supplies were upgraded as part of this project. The domestic water service and fire services were upgraded.
