HVAC Improvements, Phases 1 and 2

Phase I

ICT served as the Prime Consultant and provided mechanical and electrical design for replacement of 13 air handling units at the Nashville International Airport Terminal building.  ICT developed an opinion of probable cost for each design milestone, provided final design acceptable to MNAA, provided design, bid and construction documents, and provided support during construction.   This project included new Siemens Apogee controls that were interfaced with the existing system.

Phase II

ICT provided design to replace 15 air handling units and four new rooftop air handling units.  An opinion of probable cost was developed for each design milestone.  Final design acceptable to MNAA was prepared.  Design, bid and construction documents, and technical and administrative support during construction were provided.   ICT partnered with the MNAA design team and Alerton Control contractor to provide a seamless transition to the new control system.
