ICT was commissioned to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT design services for a new CONRAC. The project includes a three-story rental car garage (Ready Return) with 700 parking spaces; a quick-turnaround facility (QTA) consisting of vehicle fueling, cleaning, and washing facilities; a facility for vehicle (minor) maintenance; an overflow vehicle storage area; and an area for loading and unloading vehicles.
