As the Prime Consultant for the project, ICT's services included a detailed evaluation of the existing boiler plant to develop an extensive phasing plan, designing a new system to replace the existing steam boiler and HVAC hot water heat exchangers with high-efficiency condensing boilers with variable flow pumping, designing an interim backup system to be used during construction, and providing boiler plant commissioning.
