The CONRAC (Consolidated Rental Agency Complex) is a three-tier parking structure with the top level being for parking storage. The ground level of the structure contains a section utilized for a QTA (Quick Turn Around) support area. Levels one and two contain a section dedicated to rental car parking (Ready/Return), and a QTA area for car washing, fueling, and minor maintenance of rental vehicles.
