BNA’s Airport Communications Center was created for dispatching police officers, Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF), and EMS personnel. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the Airport Communications Center is a state-of-the-art facility that coordinates responses to requests for emergency and non-emergency services.

MNAA centralized all critical airport functions including airport operations, emergency operations, IT call center, and maintenance control in a new state-of-the-art Airport Communications Center (ACC) within the Consolidated Service Facility (CSF).

ICT developed a survivability strategy that incorporated an independent generator and air handling unit.

Project Highlights:

• ICT designed a 22 Monitor video wall to have visibility of the operational system components deployed throughout the airfield and terminal such as CCTV Cameras, Flight Management Solution, Fire Alarm, news/weather, Access Control, and Building Management.
