ICT provided MPE, fire protection, and IT design services for a new CONRAC. The project includes a three-story rental car garage (Ready Return) and a two-story Quick Turnaround area (QTA). Ready Return is 856,000 SF and contains a core area that consists of an elevator, restrooms, escalator, and support spaces. The facility contains 2,400 parking spaces. QTA is 240,000 SF and contains car wash, fueling station, vacuum, and fluid filling. Future car rental areas will also be located here. The electrical infrastructure within the facility includes extensive submetering of rental agency tenants.
