Gulch Crossing

Gulch Crossing is an eight-story Class A office space located in the heart of Nashville’s premiere urban neighborhood, The Gulch. The lobby is two stories high and has floor-to-ceiling glass that affords views of an expansive green roof.

The Demonbreun lobby serves as the primary entrance and features a branch for Synovus. A monumental pedestrian staircase connects the upper and lower levels of the building, providing immediate access from Demonbreun to dozens of shopping, entertainment, and dining options.

In 2009, The Gulch was recognized as the first LEED-ND Certified Neighborhood Development. It is a green neighborhood in the South and the fourth Silver Certified neighborhood in the world. The Gulch has earned international recognition for excellence among the finest developments incorporating the principles of smart and responsible growth, urbanism, and green design.
