This high-profile project is a new 370,000 SF mixed-use development. Retailers and restaurants account for 100,000 SF of the development. The project was completed in two phases by two separate general contractors. Two multi-tier ventilated parking garages were included in the project. ICT performed an energy star analysis as part of the HVAC system selection.
