The new Class A corporate headquarters of Mars Petcare includes a four-story and a five-story office tower with approximately 231,000 SF of office space and a 400,000 SF parking garage. Our mechanical design efforts for the project included early energy modeling and life cycle cost of available mechanical platforms. The lighting system included daylighting, audio-visual integration, and occupancy-based control.
