The new Belmont Performing Arts Center is an approximately 1,500-patron facility specifically geared towards the needs of the Music and Performing Arts departments of Belmont University. The building includes green room, two recital halls, multi-purpose backstage rehearsal/warm-up room, and a three-story tall lobby/atrium area that doubles as a ballroom and conference assembly area. The building is served by an air-cooled chiller sized with a bank of ice storage tanks to not only meet demand load but also to keep operational costs to a minimum.
