ICT was commissioned to design mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design and construction administration for the first phase of Williamson County Center that has 109,835 GSF of academic and related space. The project includes site improvements, roads, utilities, and buildings. The site is a greenfield site of approximately 36 acres on the north side of Liberty Pike.
