Williamson County Center

ICT was commissioned to design mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design, and construction administration for the first phase of Williamson County Center, which has 109,835 GSF of classrooms, class labs, offices, library, student services and related spaces to provide a full-service academic facility. Project includes site improvements, roads, utilities, and buildings. The site is a greenfield site of approximately 36 acres on the North side of Liberty Pike. A geothermal system is used in conjunction with total energy recovery dedicated outside air systems.
