Aspirational Village Housing
The Village is comprised of five buildings that house a total of 120 students. The three-floor buildings are composed of two apartments per floor for a total of six apartments. Each apartment has access to its own outdoor space. Each apartment is approximately 1,600 SF, and includes four single-occupancy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining spaces.Client ESa

Health and Life Sciences Building
ICT provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design, and construction administration for a new 71,628 SF facility to relocate the nursing program, respiratory care, additional labs, and office space for the School of Arts and Science. The opportunity to have all of the university’s undergraduate health programs under one roof on main campus means better service to students and a more collaborative learning process between all of the programs.
