Mechanical and electrical design for the 1,070-seat Byers Theatre performing arts center, 300-seat studio theater, and surrounding support and lobby spaces were provided through the design development phase utilizing Revit Modeling software. The design was coordinated with an acoustical designer and a theatrical designer which included NC15 for the main theater and NC20 for the studio.
