ICT provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design, energy modeling, LEED compliance, analysis and credit documentation, and construction administration for a new 1,200,000 SF convention center and 900,000 SF underground parking garage for the City of Nashville, TN. The project was awarded LEED® NC Gold Certification.
