The renovation of the Jackson Hall at Tennessee Performing Arts Center was driven by the intention to improve customer service and inspire future growth. In addition to a dramatic new appearance, the renovation included the addition of elevators in the lobby, twice the number of restroom facilities, an electronic marquee, and a transformed entrance of a three-story lobby surrounded by glass. The renovation was completed with an original waterfall, paintings, sculpture, and a custom-designed floor.
