P-163 Marine Air Support Squadron Complex

The Squadron Complex consisted of four new buildings, Headquarters building, Maintenance building, Supply building, and Hazmat building. ICT provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communications design. Buildings were conditioned by a variable refrigerant flow system. A new building automation system (BAS) including design, sequence scheduling, and graphics was included. The new BAS design consisted of energy management control system integration with the VRF system as well as all the HVAC equipment. Mechanical utilities include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, water lines, plumbing, and plumbing fixtures, sanitary sewer lines, fire protection systems, and supply lines.

Electrical systems include power, lighting, and fire alarm. Built-in equipment includes one passenger/freight elevator, fire pump with generator backup, security vault, backup generator for the Headquarters building, Protective Distribution System, vehicle lifts, and other vehicle maintenance/electrical/communications support equipment. Electrical utilities include primary and secondary distribution systems, lighting, transformers, and telecommunications infrastructure.
