Fall Creek Falls State Park
Inn Replacement
Spencer, TN
The new 99,000 SF replacement inn includes 85 guestrooms, 6,000 SF conference and meeting space, a 2,000 SF full-service restaurant, and a new swimming pool. The construction includes new roof and building envelope, new interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The lakeside lodge rests in the center of Tennessee's 29,800-acre Fall Creek Falls State Park, home to the 256-foot Fall Creek Falls waterfall. In one of Tennessee's premier state parks, the team's goal was to create a space that connects guests to the surrounding natural beauty.
ICT provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT, and security design.
Project includes demolition of the restaurant, the complete inn, conference center and swimming pools. New building construction will need to proceed immediately following demolition. The Project will also construct a new inn to include guestrooms, conference and meeting space, restaurant and all required related work. The new facility/inn is proposed to be approximately 99,000 square feet with 75-95 guestrooms with conference and meeting space of 6,000 square feet capable of accommodating 200 people and a 2,000 square foot restaurant. A new swimming pool will be part of the project. The construction will include new roof and building envelope, new interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
