Located near the Music City Center at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Peabody Street, Margaritaville Nashville Hotel features 217 guestrooms; 52 Margaritaville Vacation Club® by Wyndham timeshare units; a rooftop relaxation and entertainment area with a pool, sundeck, fire pits, and live entertainment; a fitness center; more than 10,000 SF of function space; a Starbucks® coffee shop; and two new Margaritaville dining concepts – FINS Beach Bar and JWB Grill. The restaurant JWB Prime Steak and Seafood is located on the Fifth Avenue South side of the hotel.  The property is the first Margaritaville Hotel in a metropolitan area.

Inspired by Jimmy Buffett's lyrics and lifestyle, the hotel incorporates coastal elements with a covered portico, tropical plants, murals, and large windows opening into the lobby. Design includes terrace seating at JWB Grille.

A unique program feature that includes a daily radio show will be operated and broadcast from the ground level of the new Margaritaville Nashville hotel.  The SiriusXM station Radio Margaritaville is moving its Nashville office into an all-glass broadcast center in the lobby.
