This mid-rise multi-family project is located off the Charlotte Avenue area of Nashville close to the Parthenon. There are approximately 100 residential units in this 100,000 SF facility with a heavy mix of studio apartments up to three-bedroom units. The ground level is wrapped with 5,600 SF of retail and 8,400 SF of amenities that service the residential components. This facility is planned to use traditional split-system DX mechanical systems with operable windows for natural ventilation. The electrical service will be provided through site pad-mounted NES transformers and NES meter banks servicing the individual apartment units. There is a detached two-level 154-space parking deck that has connectivity to the building along the Northern courtyard to activate the substantial green spaces guarded by the block wrapped setup of the facility.
