Parke West Mixed-Use Development

This mixed-use development, strategically located in the West End area of Nashville, consists of 214 residential units, a fitness center, outdoor pool and amenity deck, and 19,000 SF of future retail dark shell space. The 16-story residential tower shares an enclosed, ventilated multi-tiered parking garage podium as well as an outdoor courtyard with a 175 room Hilton Garden Inn/Home 2 Suites hotel. Several HVAC systems were analyzed using a life cycle cost analysis (LCCA). Extensive coordination and teamwork were required for an emergency generator and stormwater storage space within the parking garage. The Owner and design team created an OPR to document residential tower milestone decisions based on user experience, quality of life, sustainability, cost, and schedule. ICT worked closely with the Owner, design team, CMGC, and design-assist sub-contractors to produce a constructible, maintainable, and sustainable MPE system design.
