


Belcourt Village Mixed-Use Development
Nashville, TN
This mixed-use 2-4-story facility in the heart of one of Nashville's most trendy neighborhoods includes approximately 10,000 SF of retail space, 24,000 SF of office space, 28 residential units, and a 220-space underground parking garage. ICT worked closely with the design team, owner, and construction manager/general contractor to oversee a successful design and construction process.
Sustainability:
- Renovation/ Restoration by preserving two historic buildings.
Project Highlights:
- Add the third story through the Building Preservation Bonus Height program for the purpose of preserving the existing “character-defining structures” along 21st Avenue.
