The mixed-use complex will be built on the site of a historical slaughterhouse, and its design consists of two high-rise, 14-story office towers with 635,000 SF of office space and 100,000 SF of retail space and two residential towers. The 850,000 SF, four-story underground parking garage contains 2,000 parking spots.

The riverfront property has a comprehensive design that retains and repurposes much of the existing buildings, while strategically incorporates new construction throughout the site. After a careful assessment of the existing structure, much of the original character has been retained with the restoration of structural elements and refurbishment of the historic windows.
